This 100-hour online training is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who wish to go beyond the mat and into the essence of yoga.
Over ten weeks, youâll explore foundational philosophical systems, guided text study, meditation, and reflective practice, learning how these timeless teachings can illuminate your daily life.
Youâll study, discuss, breathe, and reflect, not memorize.
Philosophy becomes experiential, lived, and personal.

Program Format
Certification
On completion of all sessions and reflections, participants receive a
100-Hour Certificate in Yoga Philosophy from Satvik Yoga Centre.
This program counts as 100 continuing-education hours with Yoga Alliance and serves as a bridge to the 300-hour YTT.

Vikramjeet Singh
Founder of Satvik Yoga Centre and Wandering Mat, Vikram has spent over 15 years studying, teaching, and mentoring students in the philosophy and practice of yoga.
His approach blends the rigour of classical texts with a contemporary understanding of mind and life, making ancient wisdom feel alive, relevant, and human.
