Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

USD $500 deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to any future retreat if cancelled before October 1, 2025.
Final payment of USD $1150 is due by October 1, 2025.
After October 1, payments are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your spot, less any processing fees.
